This summer meal plan is another week packed full of healthy, bright, and simple recipes! I’ve been on a continual make-it-at-home sweetgreen kick, and this week features a new recipe with these Hot Honey Chicken Plates!
Sunday – Sweetgreen Hot honey Chicken Plate
Someone requested a make-at-home version of the Hot Honey Chicken Plate from Sweetgreen, and I have to say, this is SO GOOD. This bowl would also be great as a meal prep option.
Monday – Sauce vierge on lemon steamed salmon
Adding this to the rotation this week since tomatoes are at their peak right now, and I always love to make sauce vierge in the heart of summer!
Tuesday – Pasta with Burst Cherry Tomatoes and Burrata
Another new recipe, this pasta recipe comes together in 30 minutes, is incredibly fragrant and delicious from the tomatoes, shallots, garlic, and red pepper flake. Continue to take advantage of tomato season with this recipe!
Wednesday – leftovers
Clean up the fridge and enjoy the night off from cooking 🙂
Thursday – HealThy beef tacos
Super easy, healthy, beef tacos for one. Packed with veggies and paired with a side of charred broccolini, this is my go-to 10 minute meal for one.
