Description

Stonefruit Steamed Salmon Curry – inspired by my short time working on the line at AL’s Place, this steamed salmon curry is a tad sweet, so easy, and absolutely delicious.


Ingredients

  • 12 ounces salmon
  • 1/2 can (14 ounces) coconut milk (shake before using to get a liquid consistency)
  • 2 tablespoons red curry paste
  • 2 nectarines (diced)
  • 1 shallot (sliced)
  • 1/2 lb broccoli
  • 1 clove garlic (smashed)
  • 1 tablespoon neutral oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup cilantro (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook Cook for 10 minutes on medium high heat, or until the fish reaches 135F. Enjoy!
