Description
When I’m craving cheese and charcuterie, this snack plate is one of my favorite things to eat. It’s delicious, easy to throw together, and satisfying enough for either an afternoon snack, or even a simple “girl dinner” for 1.

For the Snack plate:
- 1–2 ounces of toma cheese
- 1 ounce of multigrain crackers
- 1 ounce of rustic bakery crackers
- 1 cup of blanched broccolini (~4 pieces)
- 1/2 honey crisp apple
- 4–5 pieces of summer sausage, charcuterie, or prosciutto
- 1 tablespoon fruit jam
Instructions
- Cut or portion each of the ingredients onto a serving plate.
- Assemble and eat!
